In Kaj-Gustaf Bergh’s CV the following sentence is incorrect: ‘Independent of the company and dependent on significant shareholders.’ The correct form is: ‘Independent of the company and significant shareholders.’

Nomination Committee in 2009

The information on committee members’ independence is incorrect. The correct form is: ‘Two members are independent of the company and all members are independent of significant shareholders.’
